TLS Lite Meal Prep

READ ME FIRST!

At this time we can only accommodate 2 meals per day for 3 days. We will be able to increase this in the future if there is real demand.

You must choose a minimum QUANTITY of 6 Meals, this is equivalent to 2 Meals per Day for 3 Days for 1 person. The meals can be the same or different as long as the total is 6 or more. Our current system is NOT designed for meal prep menus, so we cannot require you to select 6 items, but it is our requirement at minimum.

If you choose less than 6 meals we have no choice but to cancel your order. 

These are volume based priced items, that includes creating menu ideas and recipes, shopping, washing, prepping, cooking, packaging in serving containers, bagging, and storing.
